Privacy Policy

U9 GROUP PTY LTD (ABN 75 670 205 437), trading as U9 CITY (“we”, “us” or “our”), is committed to handling personal information transparently and carefully. This policy explains how we collect, use, hold and disclose personal information.

Information we may collect

• Names, phone numbers, email addresses, membership details and participant information connected with a booking;
• Booking, purchase, payment status, refund and customer service records;
• Preferences, feedback, event requirements or accessibility needs you choose to provide; and
• Device, browser, IP address, access time and website usage data if analytics are enabled.

Card details will be handled by authorised payment providers. We will not store full card numbers or security codes through this website, other than limited information needed to identify and complete a transaction.

Why we use information

We use information where reasonably necessary to manage bookings and payments, deliver membership and venue services, send service notices, improve operations, maintain safety, prevent fraud and comply with law. Marketing will only be sent with consent or where permitted by law, with an option to opt out.

Disclosure, overseas processing and retention

We may disclose necessary information to providers supporting bookings, payments, email, cloud hosting, analytics or professional advice. Some providers may process data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps when selecting and managing providers and retain information only for as long as reasonably required for business or legal purposes.

Security, access, correction and complaints

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, although no online transmission is completely secure. Contact admin@u9city.com to request access or correction, or to make a privacy complaint. We will acknowledge and respond within a reasonable period. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Cookies and external services

The site may use necessary cookies or local storage to remember language preferences, and may later use analytics. External links such as Google Maps are governed by the third party’s own privacy policy.

预约取消及退款政策

本政策适用于通过 U9 CITY 直接完成的预约。预约须在我们发出书面确认并收到所需订金或全款后才成立。

顾客取消或改期

• 活动开始前至少48小时：可选择全额退还已付款项，或免费改期一次；
• 活动开始前24至48小时：可免费改期一次，或获得自原活动日起90天内使用的等额消费额；如直接取消，订金不予退还；
• 不足24小时或未到场：通常不退款、不提供消费额，法律另有要求或我们书面同意的特殊情况除外。

在上述时限后减少人数，按被减少名额的取消处理。改期后的预约如再次取消，适用新活动时间对应的规则，但已使用的一次免费改期不再重复提供。

由 U9 CITY 取消

若我们无法提供已确认服务，您可选择全额退款、改期或等额消费额。退款会原路退回，通常需要5至10个工作日显示，具体取决于金融机构。

消费者权益

本政策不会排除、限制或修改《澳大利亚消费者法》下不能被排除的权利和补救措施。如服务存在重大问题，您可能依法有权取消并获得退款。

第三方平台预约须同时遵守该平台的条款。团体、包场或特别活动如有不同条件，会在付款前明确列出并以书面确认。

BOOKINGS · CANCELLATIONS · REFUNDS

Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to bookings made directly with U9 CITY. A booking is confirmed only after we issue written confirmation and receive the required deposit or full payment.

Customer cancellations and changes

• At least 48 hours before the session: choose a full refund of amounts paid or one free reschedule;
• 24 to 48 hours before the session: one free reschedule or credit of equal value valid for 90 days from the original session date. If you cancel instead, the deposit is non-refundable;
• Less than 24 hours or a no-show: normally no refund or credit, except where required by law or agreed by us in writing due to exceptional circumstances.

Reductions in group size after these cut-offs are treated as cancellations of the removed places. A later cancellation of a rescheduled booking follows the cut-off for the new session, but a free reschedule already used is not provided again.

If U9 CITY cancels

If we cannot provide a confirmed service, you may choose a full refund, reschedule or equal-value credit. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and generally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on the financial institution.

Consumer rights

This policy does not exclude, restrict or modify rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service has a major problem, you may be entitled to cancel and receive a refund.

Bookings made through third-party platforms are also subject to that platform’s terms. Different conditions for private hire, group packages or special events will be disclosed before payment and confirmed in writing.

ALCOHOL · RESPONSIBLE SERVICE

Alcohol and Responsible Service Statement

U9 CITY will only supply alcohol after obtaining the required liquor licence and in accordance with its conditions. We support responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and are committed to a safe environment for guests, staff and the community.

• The legal drinking age in Victoria is 18. Anyone purchasing or consuming alcohol may be required to show acceptable current identification;
• We will not supply alcohol to minors, intoxicated persons, or anyone we reasonably believe will supply alcohol to a minor;
• We may refuse service, restrict supply or require a person to leave where conduct is unsafe, disruptive or contrary to venue rules;
• Staff responsible for supplying alcohol will complete RSA training as required; and
• Minors may only enter or remain in licensed areas where permitted by the licence and Victorian law, including responsible-adult supervision where required.

Please drink responsibly, look after your group and plan safe transport. Ask venue staff if you need assistance.

U9 CITY is in development and not yet open. Experiences, floors, prices, hours and features shown before launch may change. We aim to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that all content is always complete or error-free.

Acceptable use

You must not compromise website security, access systems without authorisation, introduce malicious code, conduct excessive automated scraping, impersonate another person, or use the site for unlawful, fraudulent or infringing activity.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the branding, logos, text, design, images and software are owned by U9 CITY or the relevant rights holder. You must not reproduce, modify, publish or commercially use them without written permission.

Bookings, payments and external links

Bookings and payments are also governed by our Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy, terms disclosed at checkout and applicable law. Google Maps, payment platforms and other external sites are operated by third parties. We do not control their content, availability or privacy practices.

Liability and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from reliance on website information, temporary unavailability, or third-party services. Nothing excludes guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
